What is an Extended DISC® analysis?

Extended DISC analysis is a psychometric self-assessment of behavior that shows the natural behavioral style of the assessed person. It uses four quadrants - a model of human behavior, better known as DISC. The model was created based on the theory of Carl Gustav Jung. In 1994 in Finland by Jukka Sappinen the model was launched in cooperation with experts from psychology, statistics, HR, and IT. It is used in 66 countries, mostly in USA.

The analysis shows the natural behavior style, communication style, decision-making style, strengths, motivators and de-motivators and induces potential areas for improvement.
