The members of our team are professionals with many years of experience in the field of human resources, law, psychology and information technology.
The founder and director of Ant Consulting is Milena Božović Lagator. With over 20 years of experience in senior HR expert and leadership roles in both local and international companies, she brings a deep understanding of how organizations function – and where challenges most often arise. Her expertise includes establishing and improving HR systems, recruitment and talent development, training, performance management, and organizational culture – with a strong focus on solutions that can be immediately applied in practice. Through her work with companies and international projects (Council of Europe, World Bank, GIZ, GOPA, NIRAS), as well as through training and coaching, she helps clients build clear HR processes, develop their people, and make more confident decisions. She holds a degree in Andragogy and a Master’s degree in Economics, is a certified Transactional Analysis Practitioner, and a member of the European coaching association.
